ICI Systems, Inc. is a GOLD Microsoft Certified Partner for Learning Solutions CPLS (Formerly CTEC) and Information Workers., a Lotus Authorized Education Center (LAEC) as well as a Registered Education Provider (REP) for the Project Management Institute. We provide BackOffice and IBM/Lotus Notes training to thousands of professionals each year. We are also a Sylvan Authorized Prometric Testing Center, this allows us to act as a one-stop shop for our Certification candidates. Training Team

ICI Systems, Inc. hires only certified/qualified instructors. All ICI Systems instructors are Microsoft Certified Trainers (MCTs) and/or Certified Lotus Instructors (CLIs). All instructors are carefully screened and monitored to ensure every effort is made not only to meet, but to exceed, customer expectations. We believe that real-world experience is essential to the art of teaching well. Our trainers bring collective field experience along with a complete understanding of applying the technologies they teach to our firm. Our instructors are also entertaining as well as educational.
